"Hodge" Hedgehog Book Bag

Our Hodge bag has been carefully handmade here in Devon and the vintage nature of the materials used means that there will never be two exactly the same.  The outside of the bag is made of vintage linen mangle cloth (incredibly strong and tough) and the little hedgehog is hand-embroidered and trimmed with a selection of repurposed buttons. 

The patchwork strip at the top is made from vintage feedsack scraps and the bag is lined with a Cath Kidston oilcloth fabric with an interior patch pocket to stop your phone/keys etc falling to the bottom of the bag.

The bag measures a generous 17" tall x 13" wide (approx) so there's room for lots of stuff.  Washable on low temperature.
