Delivery Information
DevonBear Designs aim to dispatch all items in stock within 10 working days of receiving your order, subject to available stock. If there is a delay beyond the normal 10 working days period we will contact you by email to inform you of the progress of your order. Personalised items may take a little longer, and if so we'll let you know.
We use Royal Mail first class delivery and our rates are as follows:
Orders up to £2.00: Postage and packing £1.00
Orders between £2.01 and £20: Postage and packing £2.50
Orders between £20 and £50: Postage and packing £5.
Orders between £50 and £100: Postage and packing £7.50
Orders over £100: Postage and packing £10
Any damages or omissions MUST be notified within 5 days of receipt as no claims can be considered after that time.
Overseas
The above delivery charges relate to UK mainland addresses. We are happy to deliver world wide and the appropriate charges will be added at the checkout.
No Quibble Guarantee:
You can return your stock order for any reason, other than failure to follow the correct care instructions, at any time within 21 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. However we cannot accept returns of personalised items for any other reason than a fault in manufacturing.
How to Return or Exchange:

There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.

Enclose instructions with your order telling us whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to DevonBear Designs at your own expense.

We will write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.

Please note that refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.
